Google "Street View" faces hicups in S.Korea

After making a tremendous impact in the mobile apps market with its android platform, Google plans to expand its "Street View" app to South Korea.

But, the path doesn't seem to be as smooth as it is being accused of illegally collecting and storing personal wireless data.

The South Korean police raided the offices of Google Korea on Tuesday as a part of an investigation whether the company illegally collected personal data.

Meanwhile launching a new debate over piracy in Germany, Google said it will introduce its Street View mapping feature for 20 of its largest cities before th end of this year.

Certainly this debate will heat up the apps market even further.
